Here is a guy who knows how to stay in peak physical condition all year round. The Australian born superstar starts his day with tai chi forms and groin-shredding yoga. Then he moves into the real meat & potatoes to his daily routine which is heavy weight lifting. He keeps a routine for 12 weeks then ”BOOM”, 180 deg turn to quick twitch training for another 12 weeks. This has helped Hugh Jackman perform most of his own stunts in movies like X-Men and Van Helsing. Don’t forget the daily does of cardio! Hugh runs on the beach down under shredding his physical appearance down to what looks like 8% body fat. All this is great but Hugh will tell you himself that the right amount of eating clean and most of all BRAIN POWER are very essential to be in peak physical condition.
