Ava Cowan Does it ALLFrom WBFF, to the NPC and now the IFBB going for 2011 Ms. Figure Olympia title. Ava Cowan has been able to capture the title for all division except Ms. Figure Olympia. Just only shy of 2 years in the division I think Ava will do fine and if she took what she learned from competing in the IFBB she might find that less bulky muscle is better. Ava Cowan won't be going anywhere any time soon.
